LOVE this place, location, area, beach, beds, people who are renting. I cannot say enough positive about Unit 1001 at Perdido Towers. We just returned from our 2nd annual family vacation and will book same room, same time for same peeps-thank you! Julie in Kansas City, MO

The beach view with floor to ceiling windows is great. But, Not a friendly entrance off the elevator, hard to describe but its wierd that there are two doors at every floor. Tiny balconies. For unit 506, All the fire alarms were beeping, had to take them down and remove batteries. The beds are terrible, like rock, we both woke up sore. Other units may be better but we wont chance it to find out next time we come to The Key.

Pretty good location. Half a mile to Flora-Bama and 25 minutes to the NAS. Lots of restaurants nearby, also. It’s an older facility, guessing 30 years, so lacking some of the nicer things like a gym, lobby, hot tub, large balcony. But if you’re looking to be on the beach and want to save a few bucks you should consider it.

The condo we are in is BEAUTIFUL. ONLY thing I can complain about is the dishwasher and dryer BOTH you have to run ***TWICE*** Need knew appliances Everything else was great. Close to alot of stores Will 100% stay there again Hopefully in the same one and hopefully get new appliances

Condos vary in size, decor, layout, etc. Overall we've been extremely pleased with the ones we've rented. The location is priceless, and facilities are well maintained. We consider ourselves regulars.

We rented a condo off VRBO at this complex. It was great! Nice pool area, right on the beach, close to restuarants and activities and you could rent chairs and umbrellas on site. We would stay again.
